Surrounded by moss-draped oak trees and nestled among other lovely Victorian homes in the historic Duckpond neighborhood. The Richard’s House sits on the last corner in Gainesville that has a Victorian on each corner. This house is perfect for travelers who appreciate history and character. Built in 1895, this 2BR+1BA unit is one of four in the house. The Richard’s House has retained many of the beautiful details, including a gorgeous wrap-around porch––the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Downtown shops and great restaurants are just a short walk away. On Gator Home Football days, this rental comes with an invitation to park a car at Anna Marie’s long-running tailgate ½ block from the stadium at Grandma’s Gator House.
