Whether you’re a Gators fan or just a traveler passing through Gainesville, Grandma’s Gator House is one of the most convenient rentals you’ll find in the area. This charming 5BR+2BA abode is just a half block away from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, “The Swamp”, and walkable from several restaurants, shops, and other interesting attractions in Midtown District. Built in the late 1920s and added onto in the 1940’s, this delightful home has plenty of space including a screened-in porch and a large lawn. It can comfortably sleep 10 and has parking for up to 4 cars. Please note: When renting on home Gator football days, Anna Marie hosts a long-running tailgate and will direct you where to park. Grandma’s Gator House is located in such a prime spot that you won’t need a car to get around. Restaurants, shops, and bars are just a short walk away. Gators fans will especially appreciate that the football stadium is just a few steps on foot.

Being so close to the University of Florida, our neighborhood is one of the most convenient and vibrant areas in Gainesville. There are many fun activities and places to explore, from top-rated restaurants to museums as well as beautiful botanical gardens. You’ll never run out of things to do, especially on football weekends when the city is extra festive!
